 if it could recognize some hierarchy, it would be nice too. don't know
 what would be the blessed syntax, but sthg like:

 {{{
 # -- * part 1
 [...]
 # -- ** part 1.1
 [...]
 # -- ** part 1.2
 [...]
 # -- * part 2
 [...]
 # -- ** part 2.1
 }}}

 but that's refinement, and i'm not sure it is useful if padre also
 implements ticket #401
