[Padre-dev] Strawberry Perl Professional and Wx::Demo

Wx::Demo is a tool people will discover if they need it.

While INSTALLING a lot of things is just fine, there's a risk of too
much noise if we try to make too many things "noteworthy"

For the moment, I don't think example stuff like this is worth while
adding to the start menu.
