[Padre-dev] 0.57 Bleed to be released tomorrow night 1000 UTC

Hi everyone,

We have general agreement that Padre should stick close to it's regular
release cycle of 2 weeks, thus tomorrow night I'll wrap up and release
0.57 BLEED!!

As always translators are encouraged to update their languages if they
can, however with the release potentially showing some signs of problems
we could be releasing a bit more frequently as bugs get reported.  If
you want to hold off that's fine... I'll make an announcement pre a
stable release allowing a little extra time ( I'll announce 2 nights
early hows that? ).. 

I'll cover more on what's happening in the release announcement.
