no other comments, so i've applied perltidy to all padre codebase (not
the plugins). this means that you'd better update your local checkout
before working on the files, to prevent conflicts. especially on crlf
ending files, since new style forces unix line endings.

if you find any glitches, we can still update the reference perltidyrc
and apply it again.
