[Padre-dev] Padre 0.30 released

I am happy to announce the release of version 0.30 of Padre.

As usual while it is making its way to PAUSE you can already
install it using

   pip http://www.perlide.org/download/Padre-0.30.tar.gz

Changes are in

   http://svn.perlide.org/padre/trunk/Padre/Changes

Thanks for all the people putting in the effort to keep
the Padre making progress!
