as you can see, i've forced hjansen's supplied perltidyrc style on a
representative set of pm files in padre's codebase.

please review dev.pl, lib/Padre.pm, lib/Padre/Document.pm and
lib/Padre/Wx/StatusBar.pm for the new style applied.

i don't really care which style will go in, as long as it's common for
all files and enforced consistently. once we agree on a set of
conventions, let's apply this style to all files (need to update
tools/tidy_pm_files.pl to match all perl files). and it might even be
better if we can have a pre-hook stuff that would be applied before
sending data on svn server.
