[Padre-dev] PPI speed improvements

This is exactly how Padre::Document::Perl::Lexer works. Unfortunately I am currently starting a new company and working to ship a new product, and I probably will not have any spare time to do Padre hacking in the foreseeable future. The module parses most perl code but it still has some glitches. If anyone is willing to take over development I will be more than glad to help.
