[Padre-dev] Do we need Wx to be compiled with Unicode support?

I've noticed that Wx on my older install (desktop) is not unicode, but
on my newer install (laptop) it is.

I think it may just have an age thing, if you built Wx more recently,
you are more likely to have the unicode version.
