Why do projects die? because no one cares enough to push forward.

The C++ part of the tokenizer was completed. Steffen did the XS part 
that was supposed to glue it to Perl. Then we found out some serious 
differences between my vision to his vision for the interface between 
the XS, Perl and the original PPI module.
Then it died. RIP.
