[Padre-dev] Wx::Perl::Dialog

The problem earlier was that it was pretty much entirely used by
Padre, we were doing a release of both at the same time pretty much
every time, and frankly it's not an interface I much want to promote
for others to use, because it's largely fixed widths and heights, and
can produce a pretty ugly dialog on anything other than the OS the
dialog was created on.

I'd hoped we could have switched to a newer sizer based generator and
stopped modifying it every second day before we generalised it out.
