[Padre-dev] For Win32 users of Padre...

There is now a beta test Windows Installer package with Padre
preinstalled available for testing. It includes all the modules included
in Strawberry Perl July 2009 Beta 3, plus the modules required for
Padre, and Padre itself.

It does not include any plugins at the moment.

It still looks like Strawberry (in fact, it installs in c:\strawberry)
and it does not have any additional links for Padre at the moment. (Once
an icon/splash screen image is selected, we might wish to use it to base
the MSI screens off of.)
