what's current padre status?
- adam, is the new config system ready & stable?
- are there any pending work?
- is padre stable currently?

note that some tests are failing currently...

if everything is fine, maybe we should issue 0.26, don't you think?

gabor, i know you're travelling in europe for your course. if you want,
i volunteer to release padre 0.26.
