[Padre-dev] failed tests rev. 2750

Oh, it doesn't crash for me, it's just that Test::Compile won't
install on Windows, so the test skips.

By all means keep using it, just know that if there's a FAIL in that
script I'm not gunna see when I run the test suite, before I commit...
