[Padre-dev] ORLite 1.17 released

I've just uploaded a new ORLite release with truncate support (so I
can start converting some of Padre::DB over to using the model
properly).

You'll need to upgrade your local version in order to load Padre in a few hours.

Until CPAN catches up, you can install it using pip from the following URL.
