I don't think you're alone. I personally see Perl6 as sort of a lab
experiment, research into where Perl might be in still a few years from now.
Perl 5 is still developing, indeed a lot of good ideas have made it from that
lab specimen and into the living creature that we've all come to love :-)
Now... asbestos underwear, if you please? Thank you.
