It's a great idea. It would seem a bit awkward to have a i10n-ed Spell Check 
plugin but not the plugin name itself and menu, especially menu.

Have you had any problems with spell-checking non-ASCII text? What I get is 
garbage instead of proper non-ASCII characters or successive words begin 
partially overwritten.
