[Padre-dev] call to translators: please translate spellcheck plugin

now that spellcheck supports changing dictionary language, i'm preparing
a new release for the spellcheck plugin. 

==> can you update your translation guys? (the messages.pot file is up
to date) of course, other translations are also welcome!

note that i also localized the plugin name and the plugin menu.
therefore, spellcheck will no longer appear in the plugin manager, or in
the plugin menu (provided there's a translation for your locale, of
course). do you think it's a good idea?
