[Padre-dev] Errors on vista with latest trunk 4074

This appears to be coming from the Plugin Manager.

I've been testing with the different versions and couldn't trigger the 
error... then I remembered I was looking for the spelling plugin to test 
with.

I've got 4060 installed at the moment and I can see this error happening...

I'll go back to 4000 and see what it does...
