[Padre-dev] code review: auto-folding POD

Hi.

I've just commited (r3798) a Preferences option to automatically fold POD 
markup when code folding is enabled. It works well when toggling View->Show 
Code Folding but doesn't work on new files (when opening an existing one, on 
creating a template from File->New...->Perl 5 module).

Could someone please take a look what I'm doing wrong here? I'm pretty sure it 
should go to set_preferences in Editor.pm, but it doesn't seem to work.
