[Padre-dev] Alt-Up, Alt-Down, Alt-Left Alt-Right for navigation?

In order to improve the keyboard movements I thought we should use the
Alt-arrows to
move between the major parts of the editor.

So if you are in the lower pane the Alt-Up should move you to the editor
and if you are in the editor the Alt-Down should move you to the lower
pane to the
window that is currently visible there.

To see how easy the basic keyboard part I added the Alt-Up part at r3734.

What I don't know is what should move among the tabs of a single pane.
Ctrl-TAB and Ctrl-Shift-TAB ?

If we implement the Alt-arrows we can get rid of some of the entries
in the Window menu.


What do you think? Is this good?
