[Padre-dev] Menu items opening a web browser

I think we should mark every menu item that is opening a
web browser to an external site with some clear , err, mark.

Is there a standard ?

Shall we use the wording
"Open browser to the Perl Monks"
"Open browser to report a new bug"
"Open browser to view all bugs"

and
"Open browser to wxWidgets reference"
"Open browser to STC reference"


any better ideas?
