[Padre-dev] extra panes / sidebars redesign?

The main reason most of this stuff is currently in the menu is mainly
because it's easier to do that then add a preferences entry :)

I for one consider the highlighting of the current line a syntax
highlighting and colour issue.

BTW, thank you do much for the current line highlighting, it's on my
list of Switch issues. :)
