[Padre-dev] Edit -> Preferences crashes 0.16

I am back at the office and on that machine (Windows XP Professional) 0.16 is fully functional. I had the problem at home (Windows XP Home SP3, same Windows regional settings as in the office: "de-de" / "de"). I will check again this evening, as far as I remember, the application worked fine otherwise.
