[Padre-dev] Edit -> Preferences crashes 0.16

Regardless of the language selection (German, English), when choosing Edit -> Preferences from the Menu, the program exits with error 

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Padre::Wx::Dialog" 
at C:/strawberry/perl/site/lib/Padre/Wx/Dialog/Preferences.pm line 49.

Hmmm, there is no misspelling of Padre::Wx::Dialog in Preferences.pm, which would
be the most common bug. Any idea?
